For a nutritious, refreshing drink make a smoothie with plain, low-fat yogurt and your favourite mixture of fruit. Try  blending banana, watermelon, mint, ice or just some fresh greens or carrots; These concoctions may  look unappealing at first, but taste sooooo good!
