You must stay focused on your goals , you need to fight negative influences in your social circles. Here are some tips on how to do that.

  1. Always set the pace: Bring the right food, choose the right restaurant and share the right information when with those in your social circle. its may take time but they’ll respect your choices and maybe join you with your healthy lifestyle choices.
  2. Respectfully decline unhealthy food choices: Don’t be afraid to refuse a non-compliant meal. Just say something like ” It looks super yummy but I can’t have any today”. Be firm about it and the moment will pass.
  3. Switch it up: Quickly switch up food related activities with more active ones. So, rather than just lounging around eating mindlessly, get everyone to go to the park or take a walk around the neighborhood. This will reduce your chances of consuming unwanted calories and will get you moving.
