What is the best way to lose fat?
The best way to lose fat is Cardio. Cardio is the short for Cardiovascular exercise. It can come in various forms such as running, brisk walking or even dancing. HIIT (Hight Intensity Interval Training) is possibly the most effective form of cardio. The principle behind it is to execute short quick intervals of an exercise with an even shorter interval of rest and repeat this movement for at least 20 minutes. HIIT is known for its ability to torch those calories quickly to reveal a svelte physic. You may want to try a routine like the Insanity Workout or make up your own routine.
Here’s a great sample routine:
- Jumping jacks – 20 seconds
- Rest – 10 seconds
- Repeat for 10 minutes – 20 minutes
Tip: Keeping the intensity as high or higher that the previous set.
